Introduction: Alternative punishments of imprisonment, which are called as a new approach of the penal system to fight against the negative consequences of prison, have many effects and consequences that need to be investigated. Therefore, in this study, while examining the types of alternative punishments, the MORAL and social effects of the implementation of these punishments have been explored. Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted using an analytical-descriptive method. In this study, in order to provide an appropriate answer to the question presented, by referring to the theoretical bases (books) and articles published in the ISC, Magiran, Civilica, SID and Ensani in the years 2011 to 2023 and with the method of extracting the existing legal provisions, the effectiveness of this type of punishment was also criticized in reaching the intended goals. Conclusion: The results of this study show that with the implementation of such punishments, the level of public trust, the growth of MORALs and social capital in the society will also improve. Therefore, the implementation of these punishments, while reducing the criminal population of prisoners and reforming them, provides better implementation of social justice and improvement of public trust, emotional and financial support for the families of criminals

Introduction: Ethical living is a lifestyle in which all areas of human existence and work are formed and flow around ethics. That is, a person who wants to live MORALly, in all areas, tries to know the ethical considerations related to that area and follow them in practice and live according to them. The current article is research on the MORAL system of Thomas Aquinas with a focus on examining the nature of the MORAL goal of human life and the MORAL rationality of such a life. Material and Methods: The present review study examined bioethics from the perspective of Thomas Aquinas in a descriptive manner. In order to achieve this goal, articles related to research keywords from Thomson Information Institute, Science Direct and Pub Med were examined and books related to the views of Thomas Aquinas were studied. Conclusion: The results of this study show that according to Thomas Aquinas's view on man, becoming like God and realizing God's image in material life and seeing God in the hereafter is the MORAL goal and eternal happiness of man. Also, Thomas Aquinas believes in the MORAL rationality of such a life from both perspectives-having a reason to live MORALly and the usefulness of such a life.

The lack of Quranic approaches in the production of Quran-based humanities is still felt, despite the predominance of the philosophical approach in critical approaches to modern humanities, which has become very common in the ISLAMIC world and in Iran for several decades. It seems that the capacity of the method of thematic exegesis (al-Tafsīr al-mawdū'ī, Arabic: التفسیر الموضوعیّ) in this regard, can be used to bring the Holy Quran into the field of humanities. Thematic exegesis, according to whether its subject is inside or outside the Qur'an, has several functions in criticizing the structure of modern knowledge and scientific research, as well as the production of ISLAMIC humanities. It is possible to make use of thematic exegesis of the inside of the Holy Book of Quran in order to “fundamental criticism” of the general fundamentals of humanities -the fundamentals of epistemology, axiology, ontology and anthropology- and it is also possible to use thematic exegesis for constructing and producing foundation of humanities obtained from the Holy Quran. It is used by thematic interpretation exegesis of the outside of the Holy Book of Quran -such as Shahīd (martyr) Sadr’s interrogational approach- to answer the problems of humanities and this process faces challenges such as the complexity and multiplicity of the “subject” of the humanities that exist in modern terminology of this field. It can be used in order to solve this issue in some cases to know the process of the change of the components of the modern of the conceptual history’s approach and also by analyzing the issue into several components can be shown that the components are not necessarily a product of the modern era and can be followed up in the Holy Quran and can be found up in the Holy Quran. The perspective of the Holy Quran, after that, regarding the modern subject in the desired field by the “combining” of the results obtained based on the thematic interpretation.

This paper uses a set of consistent and coherent ISLAMIC Axioms in a systematic approach to derive the general PRINCIPLES of ISLAMIC monetary system. It is obvious that these PRINCIPLES are just theoretical and will change and evolve over the time. Using this method, we introduced three criteria; efficiency equity and mutual consent as the comparative ISLAMIC measures and also derived four fundamental bases of ISLAMIC monetary system in an ISLAMIC framework of contracts given the fair market conditions as following:1. Money value is a measurement of social equity;2. Money value roots in transactions in goods and services market;3. Possibility of assignment of shadow price for money and cash capital;4. Mutual consent in economic and financial behaviors.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between MORAL intelligence and academic self-efficacy with the mediation of academic engagement of students in Mahabad city. The method of descriptive-survey research was of the correlation type and the statistical population was all 2831 secondary school female students of Mahabad city, of which 338 were selected by cluster sampling using Morgan's table. Data collection tools were standardized questionnaires of MORAL intelligence of Lenik and Hill (2005), academic self-efficacy of Jinks and Morgan (1999) and academic engagement of Fridix et al. (2006). The results of hypothesis testing were analyzed by spss and pls software and using correlation tests and structural equation modeling. The results showed that MORAL intelligence has a positive and significant relationship on academic self-efficacy with the mediation of academic conflict (0.31). Also, the results indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between MORAL intelligence and academic self-efficacy components (0.52). The relationship between MORAL intelligence and academic engagement components was positive and significant (0.76) and finally, academic engagement has a positive and significant relationship with academic self-efficacy (0.41). Therefore, by increasing MORAL intelligence and consequently increasing academic engagement, it is possible to provide the basis for increasing academic self-efficacy in secondary school female students of Mahabad city.

Curriculum as the backbone of the educational system is one of the important factors in creating fundamental changes in the higher education system; The purpose of this research is to explain the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education model from the ISLAMIC point of view and  the Leader, so that it can be used to examine the curriculum of architecture education in terms of the realization of entrepreneurship components in students. The method of the current research is a mixed exploratory one, which in the qualitative part, by examining the views of the Leader in his articles, books and speeches, descriptive propositions of his thought regarding the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education were extracted with the implication research method. In the quantitative part, the data was analyzed using structural equation method and using SPSS20 and smart PLS software. The findings showed that the model of entrepreneurship from the Leader'spoint of view can be divided into four main pillars: vision, knowledge, skill and business. And each of these main pillars overlaps with the model of effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in architecture curriculum. In this way, architecture higher education centers can, in addition to creating entrepreneurship curricula in the field of architecture, by identifying the potentials in the curricula of this field, strengthen the strengths and eliminate the weaknesses in them. This model, while providing the conditions for the realization of entrepreneurship education in academic fields, provides the context for the implementation of a local model in the light of ISLAMIC orders.

The importance of political and ethical interactions has been the focus of experts for years. It is important to clarify the interactions between ethics and politics because the task of many important and controversial categories that are a subset of the two will be clarified. The relationship between politics and ethics, especially in the ISLAMIC government, is more important. Therefore, the present study examines the jurisprudential and MORAL foundations in the formation of the ISLAMIC government. Conclusion The ISLAMIC government can be considered as the government of divine law, because the establishment of MORAL virtues, the realization of social justice, and the preservation of human dignity and dignity can only be achieved in the light of divine laws and the establishment of ISLAMIC and divine government is very important. The ISLAMIC government must be committed to MORALity, because in the political system of religious democracy, if the two components of its legitimacy, namely legitimacy and acceptability, criticism and oversight, are not taken into account, due to overconfidence in the context of religious beliefs and sentiments.
